What this website is for
On magigraphy.com we present Magigraphy, an online service that turns a photo into a magigraph: one thing in the photo moves in a loop and everything else is still your photo.
Using the service and buying its plans is also governed by the Terms of use and purchase. How we handle your data is in the Privacy policy, and which cookies we use, in the Cookie policy.
Intellectual and industrial property
The website, its design, its texts, its software and the Magigraphy name and logo belong to Yoinet or to whoever has licensed them to it. You may not copy, distribute, publicly communicate or transform them without our permission, except as the law allows.
The photos users upload and what they create with them belong to their authors. The Terms explain the permission they give us to provide the service.
Liability
We try to keep the website working and its information correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors.
When we link to other websites, we do so for your convenience: we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is resolved as set out in the Terms.
